Installation Instructions
Step 1 - Remove the Splash Guard
Starting at the rear of the vehicle, use a 7mm socket to remove seven bolts, a 10mm socket to remove one bolt, and a trim removal tool to remove two plastic push clips. With all fasteners removed, take off the splash guard to access the rear bumper.
Step 2 - Remove the OEM Reflector
Use a 7mm socket to remove four bolts on either side of the rear bumper. Behind the OEM reflector, use a 10mm wrench to remove the nut securing the reflector. Using a trim removal tool, carefully pry on the inside corner of the reflector to detach it from the bumper.
Step 3 - Install the Form Lighting Reflector
Take the Form Lighting LED Rear Reflector and unplug the gray connector. Feed the male connector through the hole where the OEM reflector was and push the new reflector securely into place. Reinstall the 10mm nut, then reconnect the gray connectors you removed earlier.
Step 4 - Secure the Harness
Moving to the wheel well, use a 7mm socket to remove two bolts. You may need an extension for the bottom bolt. Use a trim removal tool to remove one plastic push clip and peel back the fender liner. Disconnect the factory harness from the OEM wiring and plug in the Form Lighting harness.
Test the reflector for function. If everything works properly, secure the harness with zip ties, ensuring it’s routed away from any moving or hot parts.
Step 5 - Reassemble
Reverse the steps you used to remove the components and reassemble the splash guard and wheel well. Repeat these steps on the other side of the vehicle. Once the reflectors are installed and functioning correctly, your installation is complete.
