Installation Instructions
Step 1 - Remove Rear Passenger Side Sidemarker
In the rear passenger-side wheel well, use a 7mm socket to remove two bolts. You may need an extension for the bottom bolt.
Next, use a trim removal tool to remove one plastic push clip. Peel back the fender liner to gain access.
Use the 7mm socket to remove the final bolt near the top of the wheel well above the side marker. Disconnect the factory side marker harness and gently peel back the bumper.
Using a flathead screwdriver, depress the retention clip on the back of the side marker. Apply slight pressure until the side marker releases.
Step 2 - Install Rear Passenger Side Sidemarker
Identify the correct Form Lighting LED Sidemarker for the rear by checking the label (red for rear LEDs). Slide the bottom of the side marker into the bumper, then push the top to secure it in place.
Plug in the Form Lighting sidemarker and test for proper function. Once confirmed, reverse the steps to reinstall the bumper, bolts, and fender liner.
Repeat these steps for the rear driver-side sidemarker.
Step 3 - Remove Front Passenger Side Sidemarker
Turn the front passenger wheel inward for better access. Use a trim removal tool to remove five plastic push clips, then peel back the fender liner.
Disconnect the factory harness from the front sidemarker. Using a trim removal tool, apply slight pressure to the top of the sidemarker while pushing on the back to release it.
Step 4 - Install Front Passenger Side Sidemarker
Identify the correct Form Lighting LED Sidemarker for the front by checking the label (yellow for amber LEDs). Slide the bottom of the side marker into the bumper, then push the top to secure it in place.
Reconnect the factory harness and test for proper function. Once confirmed, reverse the steps to reinstall the fender liner and push clips.
Repeat these steps for the front driver-side sidemarker.
Step 5 - Final Testing and Reassembly
After installing all four sidemarkers, test for proper function of all lights. Ensure all fender liners and bumpers are securely reattached.
